AN EMOTIONAL RIDE...

To meet  and hug her tight,
I need no foresight,
Then why the hell does my mind fight,
To keep things up and right ?

No one ever fitted my arms,
Like she did!
Oh God! What a feeling,
I don’t kid.

Memories,  shall be cherished forever,
She was and she is a savior,
For I was all alone and petrified,
She came by and once kept me occupied.

Like Midas, I feel today,
Embrace gold but still I stray,
Tell me God, is there a way,
Oh Alas ! I guess, nay!

Smile I often, thinking of those pleasant times,
Rings a heart bell like wind chimes,
Life it is, as they all say,
Care too much and run away it may.

Things are good now, things are fine,
Sun is bright and the days do shine,
On an emotional boat at midnight I ride,
Thinking of you, Honey, by my side…. J
